Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS and stored securely on cloud infrastructure. Your data is workspace-scoped and only accessible to authenticated workspace members.

Open the app, tap your avatar to go to Settings, then scroll down and tap "Delete Account". You will be asked to confirm twice. This permanently removes your account and all associated data, including all workspaces you own.

No. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, workspaces, and content are permanently removed from our servers.

You can capture content (voice, text, images) while offline. Your captures are saved locally as drafts and will sync and process automatically when you reconnect to the internet.

Helm supports English and Arabic. The AI automatically detects your input language and responds in the same language.

Go to Settings (tap your avatar) and tap your current plan. From there you can view plan details, upgrade, or manage your subscription.

Troubleshooting

Content is not processing
Ensure you have an active internet connection. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app, then resubmit your capture.
Voice recording is not working
Make sure you have granted Helm microphone permission. Go to your device Settings > Helm > Microphone and ensure it is enabled.
App is running slowly
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, ensure your device has the latest iOS update installed and contact us at abdulaziz@ruwad.ai.
